My husband used to own a candy shop. His best sellers? Candied bacon and naturally, his Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam! Everywhere he sold that jam (farmers markets, local coffee shops, holiday bazaars, etc.), they would always quickly SELL OUT in just Minutes. 😱

This instant classic is an incredibly versatile spread that makes easy appetizers, deep rich sauces, and unbelievably good sandwiches! A delicious sweet and savory combination of flavors, our quasi-famous Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam is perfect to with cheese, or to use as a savory pizza base, to mix into mashed potatoes or to top a juicy burger. Heck, we've been told it would even make a flip-flop taste good (not really willing to try that one though)! 

Makes a wonderful gift that when refrigerated, can last up to six months (not that a jar has EVER lasted that long — they're usually finished long before then)! When frozen, a jar can last up to one year. Please don't disrespect the jam like that. Ever. 🤣
